Classy Classics: Beatles on the Beat

by John Christopher Datiles

For most people, they’ll think strange about the band Beatles; sounds bugs and the like. Talking about the name, why did they come up with this one? How did they arrive at this one? That’s a sure question to answer. Some of you may not recognize them but some may even a bit.

Man on the Flaming Pie

Have you ever read or skimmed this story about them? The hilarious joke of John Lennon on a piece article in Mersey Beat as Paul had cleared of. Well, the story goes like this.

It came in a vision – a man appeared on a Flaming Pie and said unto them ‘From this day on you are Beatles with an A’. ‘Thank you Mister Man,’ they said, thanking him.” (On the Dubious Origins of Beatles, Bill Harry)

Stardom Momentum – Beatlemania

When did they ultimately reach the spotlight? The momentum of their musical journey started.
Their musical career hit the mark when they had their guesting at Ed Sullivan’s popular CBS network  variety show  in the first quarter of 1964 which at that time they had two no. 1 albums in the UK in the previous year, that convinced Capitol Records to sign The Beatles to a US record deal. April that same year, band’s singles occupied the top 5 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. From then on, Beatles flourished in the different parts of the world. Beatlemania never stops and you could check out some memories of your favorite albums of them on their official website at www.beatles .com. Relive the days, return to that time and enjoy!

As what have Steven Wagenheim, Yahoo Contributor Network said, We may never have another group as great or as popular as The Beatles again. What they did in a span of 7 years was truly remarkable. And the truth is, picking their ten best songs is not only impossible, it's criminal.
In fact, that was true and you could even tell it more yourself when you’ve got to listen to this songs.

4 Strings of the Band

Johnny and the Moondogs, Black Jacks, Quarry Men, Silver Beats, Silver Beetles, Silver Beatles, until it became the famous “Beatles”. They were the four horsemen of the band: John Lennon in rhythm guitar, Paul McCartney in bass guitar, George Harrison in lead guitar, and Ringo Starr in drums. All performs at vocals well.
Beatles was an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960. Until then, they became one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music.

Heart Beatles

Whenever I hear Beatles and their songs, I usually remember those free workdays of my father. When he took much of his time listening to his all-time favorites. And yeah, me as the great receiver and listener of those songs, now I’ve got to listen to them again and it’s just nostalgic that all in a sudden, my childhood memories flashes back again in my mind. I can clearly remember how I got out of the house stamping my feet to madness because I extremely hate those old songs and disgusted how he sang it right to his bones. Perhaps, I could slightly compare the One Direction to them considering the culture during that era-past and present, classical and modern. Both famous, fashion styles are imitated and concert performances swallowed by the crowd. Now I could recognize Beatles as one of my classical favorite next to my dad.

Glee Sings Beatles Songs

How awesome that I’ve found some songs sung by musical groups now especially these ones. For sure, teens nowadays would go bet crazy listening to KPOP songs, and other foreign songs not knowing music is like a constellation of stars in the sky, old stars may fade but still there are still remains of them in the young ones. Beatles came just at the right time, at the right place. And the spotlight captured their music beckoning the musical history to go relax and steady as well as the lives touched by it.
